Description:
Provides students with exercise to develop in them accurate observation and skills in Graphic Presentation. Topics like lines, light, shades and shadow and pictorial presentation or rendering in full color are discussed here. Different art media like charcoal, pencil pen and ink and watercolor are explored to serve as effective means of creating the graphic equivalent of what is observed or visualized.
Pre-Requisites: Freehand Drawing 1
Co Requisites: Drawing and Painting from Life
Learning Objectives:
Knowledge
Learner should be able to state and carry out form and content in Freehand
Drawing.
Learner should be able to state attributes, dimensions, basic phenomena and their applications on color theory.
Skill
Learner should be able to show skills in making design on various surfaces and materials.
Attitude
Learner should be able to learn theorically, practically and stimulatingly to the subject.
Course Objectives:
Aims
You will be able to use theory and practice for freehand drawing to your profession.

You will be able to learn and apply graphic arts for higher major fine arts subject.

Meeting 1-6
Lecture and Introduction to basic color concepts and materials
Meeting 7-12
Two Dimension colors
Meeting 13-18
Three Dimension colors
Suggested Activities:
Introduction theory and Activities on the
Freehand Drawing 2 and Materials
Theory and Activities on the two dimension colors
Theory and Activities on the three dimension colors
Methodology:
Methods will be lectures on theory, demonstration, interaction by answering the question given, discussion on activities, do practical assignment by exercises on the spot, supervision and final project.
Media will be the use of chalk or clipboard, handouts, slides and other instructional materials.
Grading system:
Grading system can be done for the student by solving the given problem.
Participate to the class actively through doing good drawing and painting exercises and other projects and plates. By following the criteria in doing drawing and painting artwork, follow instruction, accuracy and good technique, speed with effort and discipline in their work P- (50%). Written requirements, research, reaction and examination R- (35%). Attendance and attitude A- (15%).
